I used fat-free milk powder for this recipe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vanilla<\/strong>\u2014use pure vanilla extract for a more refined complex flavour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>salt<\/strong>\u2014I use Diamond Crystal fine Kosher salt.
